I'm Faysal, a Senior Product Designer based in Chicago with a background that spans fintech, AI, SaaS and social impact technology.

I hold a Master's in Design (HCI) from the Institute of Design at IIT . Before that, I spent my years building payment products in across West Africa and the US. I've shaped user flows, design systems and product strategy at Nairagram, Paga and Xenon.

My work sits at the intersection of research, strategy and craft. I'm drawn to problems where the data is messy, and complex user needs.
